Those 3 things are reall...Thanks so much Stephanie. Those 3 things are really so important: what you eat, when you eat and how you eat. Being conscious of it can make all the difference. I would consider myself a foodie, so this shift is a huge personal one. I still love and enjoy food, and gaining confidence in my own kitchen has been another pleasant side effect of this. <br />Thanks for your comments and encouragement. Be careful what you eat, when you eat, and how you eat. No TV, or other diversions, just focus on the food, and enjoy it! I can't wait to see more on your progess, Shaina! One thing that really hel...Plateaus can be so hard! One thing that really helps me is taking measurements of my body. That way I have another tangible thing to keep track of too, so even if the scale isn't changing, I know my body still is. <br />Clean eating is such a huge part of things...its amazing how many chemicals are in foods nowadays, and its easy to just ingest it without thinking. You'll do great, just keep at it! :) Thanks for sharing a bit of your story too.
